Three months after the end of the war, a peace treaty has been signed, which led to the destruction of the five Gundams and all of the Mobile Suits of the warring factions involved. It seems that peace is going to be given a chance in this fragile world.

  But when Duo Maxwell is the sole pilot to escape attempts on the pilots' lives, things start to change. Surprise attacks reveal that someone, somewhere, still has an army of Mobile Suits, and there seems to be something underlying it all known only as Operation Lazarus.

  But Duo has a few old friends, and then receives a brand-new Gundam, so this fight may not be over before it starts...
